If you have any more questions or need any further help, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Yes, provided that your level of cover includes physiotherapy, you can claim your private health benefits on-the-spot and only have to pay the gap. This amount varies significantly between health funds and policies, so we suggest checking with your insurer first.

Whilst we can process these claims on the day of your appointment using our HICAPS machine, if you forget your card then you can pay the full amount then claim a portion of it back from your insurer.

No, you generally don’t require a GP referral to see a physiotherapist. We are highly experienced in musculoskeletal management and are often your GP’s most recommended health care professionals.

The exception to this is if you’ve been injured in a Workplace accident (Worker’s Comp) or in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and require physiotherapy as a result of these injuries. In this case, you will require a GP referral if it is under an insurance claim.

Yes we do.

Enhanced Primary Care Plans are an initiative by the Government to help people with persistent pain access physiotherapy, in which Medicare will contribute significantly to the cost of the session. There is still an out-of-pocket expense that will be incurred by the client of between $45 and $60 per visit.

Please remember to bring your GP referral and Medicare card to these visits.

Yes, there is paid parking directly out the front of the clinic. There is also free one hour parking on the corner of Forrest and Denis St, and free parking on Forrest St nearby.

It’s worth arriving at your appointment a few minutes early to allow time to get a parking location that suits you best.
